A unique pair of Cotswolds barns set in the heart of a nature reserve on the edge of the River Thames. Whether you are escaping the city or catching up with friends the barns offer full on laid back with outside copper baths under the stars, a beautiful rural setting, landscaped gardens, super comfy interiors and even spots to watch the sunset. We have resident owls who swoop low across the grounds at sunrise and sunset, inquisitive deer who love nibbling the plants, BBQs, picnic benches by the stream, long walks and pub lunches on the Thames and of course all that the Cotswolds has to offer on your doorstep.

Cotswold stone hideaway where the magical views are of the Thames water meadows and nature reserve. Watch the owls swoop past the windows in the early evening or sit on your terrace and watch the sun go down. There’s room for the kids to play, to heat marshmallows on a firepit, swing in a tree, picnic by a stream or just relax in the south facing garden and enjoy the peace and quiet. You’ll have a bath house with copper bath to linger in under the night sky and all that’s on offer in the Cotswolds to explore, walks, cycling, wild swimming and much more its all here to enjoy
