Moorings is a wonderful beautifully presented family home in the heart of Aldeburgh, 5 minutes walk from the beach and the wonderful independent shops the town is renowned for. The house is well equipped, very comfortable with a light and airy feel. There are good comfy mattresses and lots of space for all with both a small and large sitting room. It was described as a 'hug' of a house by a guest. The garden is south facing so lovely and sunny with bbq and table and chairs for 11.

The house is a spacious Edwardian family house in a private unmade up road about 5 minutes walk from the beach and the high street. There are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, sleeping up to 11 people, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are upstairs on the first floor and one bedroom and shower room are downstairs on ground floor level. The garden is fully enclosed and the house is situated on a private road with on street parking for up to 3 cars.
The Dining area of the kitchen has a large table to seat 11 with 11 chairs and french doors to the garden
Spacious living room with two seating areas, electric log burner and door to second smaller sitting room with french doors to the garden.

The Master Bedroom has a King size bed with en-suite bathroom with claw footed bath, separate walk in shower, toilet and basin

he quintessentially English town of Aldeburgh has so much to offer, you can hire bikes and enjoy the beautiful Suffolk countryside, or hire canoes and paddleboards and go up river. There are lots of walks with nice pubs to visit at the end or just chill and go and buy a cornet of home made ice cream, Aldeburgh has it all. There are tennis courts, two golf courses and a boules court; for foodies, the restaurants and cafes in Aldeburgh are varied and busy with tables spilling onto the pavement, or why not try one of the fish and chip shops and sit on the beach. The independent shops are also definitely worth a look. Orford and Framlingham Castles, the world renowned Snape Maltings, which is a destination in itself and Sutton Hoo (made famous by the film The Dig) are all nearby. All in all Aldeburgh is a great place to visit and relax.
